London is preparing for Le Grand Départ of the 2007 Tour de France.

Alexander Vinokourov of Kazakhstan failed a blood test following his victory in Saturday's time trial. 
Pre-Tour favorite, Vinokourov, was able to use his stage victory to return to the top ten for the first time since stage 2.
